Ricci Construction worked with a local developer to construct this high end 8-unit apartment building. This project is a three-story multifamily residential building located at 2059 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The building is designed with an open parking/storage level at grade and two residential floors above, containing a total of 8 apartment units. The structure includes an elevator, common circulation areas, outdoor decks, and is fully sprinkled. The total building area is approximately 20,796 square feet with the units ranging from 1,200 – 1,800 square feet. The construction consists of concrete foundation walls up to structural steel framing, an elevated concrete slab, wood exterior and bearing walls, wood ceiling trusses, interior wall metal stud framing, with an insulated membrane roof.
