This was a 10,000 s.f. design/build fire station.  Wood framed with R-28 walls and R-60 roofs with closed cell foam.  Radiant heat in the Apparatus Bay, along with epoxy coated floors in the Fire Department.  There is a meeting room that also serves as a community meeting room.  This was a 9-month construction schedule for this $5.5M build.  We completed this on time and will be returning $100,000 back to the town.
