Ricci Construction LLC, an award winning construction management and design/build firm, was founded in 1935 by Erminio Ricci. The company is now managed by John E. Ricci, P.E., a third generation family member.

John E. Ricci, P.E
President
Mr. Ricci is a third generation owner of Ricci Construction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Northeastern University and is a registered Professional Engineer. His current licenses include NH & MA Professional Engineer Licenses. Having worked for several engineering firms prior to joining Ricci Construction in 1997, Mr. Ricci has over 35 years combined experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and General Contracting. He is a technical professional, overseeing the execution of the company’s project portfolio. He has, and continues to, guide his employees to demand nothing but the best of themselves and to produce consistently fine craftsmanship and quality work. In his spare time, Mr. Ricci is an active member of the Portsmouth community. He is on the board of directors for both the Portsmouth Music Hall and the Chase Home for Children in Portsmouth. He was a member of the Portsmouth Planning board from 2003 to 2016, serving as chairman since 2005. He is past President (2000) of the Seacoast Rotary Club.
Donald Turgeon
General Manager
Mr. Turgeon has a lengthy record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, for government and private-sector clients. His extensive experience includes managing crews of up to 100 in a variety of construction/demolition projects. Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions, he is a valued member of the Ricci Construction LLC’s team. Joseph Ricci
Project Manager
Mr. Ricci is a fourth generation family member of Ricci Construction. He earned his bachelor degree in Business Management from Quinnipiac University.
Joe brings a background in project management and business management. Having originally started with the company at the age of 14, he has experienced all aspects of the company in his tenures.

Joe has been with Ricci Construction as a full-time project manager since 2021.
Since joining full time in 2021, Mr. Ricci has taken on the role of project manager, managing projects at bio pharmaceutical companies, oral surgery renovations and the restaurant space.
Becki Kula
Director of Finance
Mrs. Kula has over 25 years of proven experience in finance, HR, and office management. She is a certified bookkeeper, graduate of Leadership Greater Nashua, as well as being both UNH & SHRM certified for Human Resource management. She is a past school board member, humane society member, and a current founding member of the McDaniel College Family Council.
