This project was a directly negotiated utilizing a Construction Management (CM) delivery method.  This project consisted of the complete renovation of an existing 50,000 s.f. former skate park.  Construction consisted of 10,000 cy of material used to fill in the skate park as well as the addition of 5,000 s.f. of a new structural steel mezzanine.  We installed new electrical sub-panels and a completely new HVAC installation of three DOAS units.  Today this space houses New England Pickleball, FlightHouse gym, Seacoast Climb and Rye PT.
