Ricci Construction was asked to conduct an interior renovation of an old diner to make way for “The Good Place”, a family friendly, community spot focusing on high quality, comfort food. This project came through a repeat customer and took approximately 5 months to complete.

The customer was looking to completely strip down the old diner and start new to build out their 1,900 square feet restaurant. Ricci was tasked with all the exterior site work as well as interior mechanical (MUA, Exhaust Fans, Plenum, etc), electrical (new 200A panel, controls, fire alarm system, etc.), plumbing (Rinnai, new gas lines, etc.), sprinkler (sprinkler main rework), and all finish work, including re-coating the roof above.
